How long does each treatment session last?

Session durations vary by treatment: Swedish & Deep Tissue (60 or 90 mins), Thai Massage (90 or 120 mins), Hot Stone Therapy (75 or 90 mins), Foot Reflexology (45 or 60 mins), Aromatherapy (60 or 90 mins), Couple Session (90 or 120 mins), Wellness Consultation (45 mins). Our team will recommend the ideal duration during your booking.

What products do you use in your treatments?

We use only premium, certified organic massage oils, therapeutic-grade essential oils, and natural herbal products. All products are cruelty-free, sustainably sourced, and free from harmful chemicals. We can adjust to hypoallergenic options upon request.

Do you offer couple massage sessions?

Yes! Our Couple Wellness Session is one of our most popular offerings. Both partners receive simultaneous treatments in our private couple's suite. Each person can choose their preferred treatment independently while enjoying a shared, beautifully appointed environment. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions.

Which treatment is best for stress and anxiety?

Our Stress Relief Therapy and Aromatherapy sessions are specifically designed for stress and anxiety. Swedish Massage is also excellent for nervous system relaxation. During your booking, our therapists will conduct a brief consultation to recommend the perfect treatment based on your specific needs.

Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?

We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability, but to guarantee your session, calling or WhatsApp-ing us at +91 8657471699 at least 2โ€“3 hours ahead is advisable.

How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We request at least 2 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that plans change, and we are flexible. Please call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible if you need to modify your appointment.

Golden Luxury Spa is open 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We are open throughout the year, including all public holidays, festivals, and weekends โ€” because wellness has no off day.
